Shipping & returns

DELIVERY

We are committed to delivering the goods as quickly as possible after receipt of your payment.

The delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for Benelux and France, and 7 to 10 business days for the rest of the world.

Products will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process or to the chosen pick-up point (depending on the selected carrier). We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you

For home delivery, if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the package will be deposited at a nearby pick-up point. In this case, the Client will have 10 days to collect the parcel upon presentation of ID and the delivery notice. After this period, unclaimed parcels will be returned to us. We disclaim all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the recipient’s absence or failure to collect the parcel within the specified timeframe.

If we are unable to perform the contract due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances as defined by Belgian case law, or for reasons attributable to you, the delivery time will be automatically extended for the duration of the impediment. We will inform you by email of the occurrence and resolution of such events. If the impediment lasts more than six (6) weeks, either party may lawfully terminate the contract without compensation.

RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal

 In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumer clients have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing reasons and without incurring penalties.

The withdrawal period is respected if you notify us within fourteen (14) days. The period begins on the day of receipt of the products.

or make any other clear and unambiguous declaration (by phone, email, or letter).

Notification of the right of withdrawal may be sent by email to contact@yashihome.com or by post to: Yashi SRL, 28 Avenue Emile Vandervelde, 1350 Orp-Jauche, Belgium.

All returns must be shipped to the same address. Return shipping costs are exclusively borne by the Client.

We recommend returning products in perfect resale condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You have 14 days from the day following notification of withdrawal to return the goods. Yashi SRL reserves the right to claim compensation in case of depreciation of the goods.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period, the product price and delivery costs will be fully refunded via bank transfer according to the original payment method, unless the Client expressly agrees to another method. Yashi SRL has fourteen (14) days from the day after notification of withdrawal to issue the refund. However, we may defer reimbursement until the goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

Legal Warranty of Conformity

 Clients are invited to send photos of damaged products and the shipping box by email to contact@yashihome.com, including the order number.

Return parcels usually take 5 to 10 business days to reach us after drop-off. Please keep your tracking number.

Once your parcel has been received, allow a few days for our logistics team to process it. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been approved and issued.

Return costs under the legal warranty are borne by the company.

Yashi SRL is bound by the legal warranty of conformity for consumer goods, as provided in Articles 1649bis to 1649nonies of the Belgian Civil Code. The company is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two (2) years from delivery of the goods.
