How often are products restocked?

We do our best to restock quickly, but availability depends on raw materials.

How can I be informed about new stock?

Restocks are announced in our newsletter and on our website.

I placed an order. When will it arrive?

Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.For deliveries within Benelux and mainland France, you will receive your order within 5 to 7 business days. For other countries, delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.

I sent an email to Customer Service, when can I expect a reply?

Our goal is to respond within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may vary during the launch of a limited edition.

Can I return an order?

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after receipt of your order. Please let us know by email (contact@yashihome.com). In case of defects or non-conformity of the goods received, you benefit from the statutory warranties provided under applicable legislation. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

I’d like to receive my order in Switzerland or outside Europe, should I expect to pay customs duties?

Items shipped to Switzerland or outside Europe may be subject to additional costs such as taxes and import duties. These will not be included at checkout and are neither covered nor reimbursed by us. Please check with your local customs office to determine the amount of such charges before placing your order. We are not responsible if a delivery is delayed or impacted by import procedures.

I did not receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations may take up to 24 hours depending on demand. If you still have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service at contact@yashihome.com.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, by creating an account, you become a privileged Yashi customer with access to your order and delivery details. You will also be added to our mailing list to receive exclusive brand updates.

Can I modify my order after confirming it?

No. Once the order has been confirmed by the client, it is considered final.
